Mia started her new school in this January term which means we can now walk to school. It’s a pretty big deal because, since Dan started school seven years ago, we’ve had to drive.
It’s by no means a stressful journey, but it’s’ a journey in the car nonetheless.
Now I get to walk and Mia gets to scooter.
Which means I also get to discover new dog walks closer to home.
Like this one. Just look at that amazing view.
Our new walk is tough – quite hilly, prone to run into horses and their riders, loooong – but very very rewarding.
We take in country lanes, a canal, scenery and lots and lots of fresh air.
This is why I love the UK.
Come take a stroll with us.
