Can you describe yourself in one word?
Go on try it. More difficult than you think isn’t it?
One word. When there are SO MANY words!
I asked my kids because, well, I really care about what they think of me.
They took it really seriously. Went off into the corner for a huddle and a discussion.
They came out with beaming smiles and declared “you’re one word is EPIC” (said in big booming voice).
“You’re trying to flatter me,” I say, “that doesn’t count.”
They look slightly crestfallen and I feel really guilty so I concede. And then give in to every demand for the rest of the evening. Damn.
So, I didn’t opt for epic in the end.
I opted for positive. Because I’ve always been a glass is half full kind of girl.
Why am I doing this?
I just like the idea of trying to distill everything about you into one word. I like the thought process you go through to get there. And I’m nosey and want to know what you’d put.
I’ve asked a bunch of bloggers to photograph themselves with their one word. I love that out of 25 people they all picked vastly different words.
See if you recognise anyone and if you do and you know their online persona, see if you agree with their word!
Use #oneword if you’re posting on Twitter so we can find you.
And you can link here too if you blog it.
