Hello and welcome to week 130 of The Gallery.
This week we’re joining in with something really quite special.
If you live in the UK, come March time there will be a huge swell of support for Comic Relief. Red Nose Day.
The charity which invites you to do something funny for money and raise cash for good causes in the UK and Africa. We’re used to seeing celebrities promoting their work, but this weekend three UK parenting bloggers will be travelling to Ghana in Africa to spend 48 hours with Comic Relief – live blogging and tweeting as they discover just what it is the charity has been doing with all the donations they’ve received over the past 25 years of Red Nose Day events.
It’s a pretty Big Thing for them. They have a huge responsibility on their shoulders. To spread the word. To use their voices for good. To shout loudly and passionately.
They are going to be awesome.
And I’d like The Gallery to show it’s support for this cause, get get right behind the initiative and ROAR too.
So, today’s new Gallery theme is, unsurprisingly: Noses.
As always, interpret the theme any way you like but make it LOUD!
The bloggers setting off on this adenture are Mummy Barrow, Mammasaurus and Aresidence
All updates on their trip will be on their collaborative site Team Honk. Please do try to visit.
You can also follow the official Red Nose Day Tweets, like the Red Nose Facebook page or follow them on Instagram.
